We need amazing Democrats across the state of Iowa to step up and run, and we want to give you the tools to do just that!

 

Join Polk County Democrats for our multi-part, virtual candidate training program, Brighter Blue. Our first training kicks off February 20th and is open to all Democrats across Iowa who are interested in running for office or interested in helping other Democrats run. If you’re contemplating a run for municipal or county-wide office or the State House in 2022, this training is for you. And it’s free.

 

Led by Judy Downs, the Polk County Democrats Executive Director, Brighter Blue participants will learn the ins and outs of running for office and make invaluable connections as they prepare to run in 2021 and beyond.
